1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3337bet website, mobile platform, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of 3337bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continued use of any portion of 3337bet constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates that may be published from time to time. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 3337bet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 3337bet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3337bet is an adult-only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or accessing any real-money feature of the Platform.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

3337bet reserves the right to suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above, pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is found to have been opened by or on behalf of an ineligible person may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of 3337bet — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. 3337bet is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 3337bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for added security. You agree to notify 3337bet immediately at support@3337bet if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3337bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach in writing.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering compliance, 3337bet may request identity verification documents at any time. Standard documentation includes a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3337bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available or removed from time to time at 3337bet's sole discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank card and bank transfer channels may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 3337bet account instantly for MFS channels and within up to 60 minutes for bank transfer channels. 3337bet does not charge internal deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to 3337bet are intended solely for the purpose of funding real-money gambling activity on the Platform. The use of the Platform as a financial service, money transmission vehicle, or for any purpose other than gambling is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests submitted via MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC identity verification. 3337bet reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified payment method may be declined.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on 3337bet are processed in BDT. 3337bet does not apply internal currency conversion fees. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any resulting conversion costs are your responsibility and will be applied by your provider at their prevailing rate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 3337bet offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. You must have a verified account in good standing to claim any bonus.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited upon expiry.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for a limited period specified in the promotion. Winnings generated from free spins may be subject to additional wagering requirements.
• 3337bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to require the return of bonus funds if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in a manner that does not comply with these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any bonus, promotion, or incentive programme — including through the use of multiple accounts, the use of automated systems, collusion with other players, or any other fraudulent means — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses held by the affected accounts, the forfeiture of any winnings derived from such bonuses, and the potential permanent suspension of the relevant accounts.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games available on 3337bet are governed by their respective product rules, which are accessible within the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

6.1 Sports Betting

Odds for all sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are set by 3337bet and are subject to change without notice up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are fixed for that bet. All bets are subject to maximum payout limits, which vary by market and will be displayed at the point of placing a bet.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market. In cases of result disputes or data errors, 3337bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games hosted on 3337bet — including slots provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game are determined by the game provider and are not modified by 3337bet.

Technical malfunctions in any game will void all affected bets and stakes will be returned to the player's account. 3337bet accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures of third-party game software beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 3337bet. These limits are displayed within each product and may be modified at 3337bet's discretion without prior notice. The Platform reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, including for the purpose of managing risk.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3337bet. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another individual; or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform as a vehicle for money laundering in any form.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through the use of proxies, virtual private networks (VPNs), or other technical means to circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through any means not consistent with normal recreational gambling activity.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 3337bet.
• System attacks: Attempting to disrupt, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of the Platform, including its security systems.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any person under the age of 18.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3337bet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the property of 3337bet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3337bet.

Game content made available on the Platform through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. 3337bet makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3337bet and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or data loss;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement arising from third-party data feed failures;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the above limitations may not apply to you, and 3337bet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

3337bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• You have failed to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
• There is reason to suspect that your account has been compromised or is being used without authorisation;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 3337bet will notify the account holder by email where possible. Upon conclusion of the investigation, if the account is found to be compliant, it will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@3337bet. Upon receipt of your closure request, 3337bet will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following standard KYC checks.

11 Amendments to Terms

3337bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at /terms-conditions with an updated effective date prominently displayed at the top of the document.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 3337bet will endeavour to notify registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or minor editorial updates), no advance notice is required.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1 above.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 3337bet operates primarily to serve the online entertainment needs of adult players in Bangladesh and is committed to conducting its operations in a transparent and responsible manner.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to your use of the Platform, the settlement of bets, the crediting or debiting of your account, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact 3337bet's customer support team at support@3337bet. Our team will endeavour to resolve your query or complaint within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our complaints team. 3337bet will provide a final written response within 14 calendar days of receiving the escalated complaint. All formal dispute communications must be submitted in English to ensure accurate and timely processing.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3337bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
